Sign up to Receive W-2 Forms Online

University of Kentucky employees have the option to access their W-2 statements online through Employee Self Service (ESS) of myUK.

Receive your University of Kentucky 2024 W-2 online by signing up now through myUK Employee Self Service (ESS) using your link blue username and password. The deadline for choosing to receive your W-2 online is January 16, 2025.

• Protection against lost or misdirected mail.

Employees who do not enroll in the program will have a paper W-2 form mailed, no later than January 31, 2025, to their permanent address on file in the HR/Payroll system. Employees should review and if necessary update their permanent address before the January 16, 2025 deadline by following the steps listed here.
