AAA Corporate Travel has FareSaver software that will automatically search for lower fares within the 24-hour void window. If a lower fare is found the software will automatically rebook the exact same airfare itinerary or hotel room at the lower price. The software will only rebook the airfare or hotel if the net savings for the department is at least $50.
Three related Concur transactions will show; one is the lower rebooked airfare, the second is the Concur/Agent fee and one additional transaction for the AAA FareSaver Success Fee, which is 40% of the difference in airfares.
